In a roof inspection, we look at all of the components of your roofing system. We’re looking for signs of wear and tear, as well as any damage that could be affecting your home’s ability to stay safe and dry. We’ll check for leaks in the ceiling, around vents and pipes, near chimneys or skylights, and in other vulnerable areas. We also look for loose shingles or tiles that could be causing problems with water damage or mold growth.
We take special care to inspect all areas where water can pool or leak into your homes—such as valleys, eaves, fascia boards, gutters, and downspouts—and make sure there are no signs of rot or decay that would cause further trouble down the line.
