The breakwaters Homeowner Association has many committees that serve the area and its homeowners for different purposes: social, security, homeowner issues (breakdowns in HOA rules), etc. Breakwaters is a very well-maintained community with an active board of directors who have residents’ best interests at heart.
The name of the park in the area is Livingstone Park, which is a fenced-in park with two tennis courts and one barbecue pit. Shopping nearby is found at the Westbury Plaza Shopping Center, which includes various stores such as OfficeMax, Old Navy, and Radio Shack.
